Take My Hand By Giovanna Gutta

Take My Hand By Giovanna Gutta

“From the beginning/ From the time you were born/ To let you know I was happy and you were safe/ I placed my fingers in the palm of your soft and tiny hand.”

It begins here, the journey of being a mother, as soon as the baby is born, or maybe before the time, it was even born, you knew that a life is inside you and you become a mother. As soon as your baby is born, you place your finger in those tiny hands, that was enough to bring the mother joy more than anything in the world.

“As more time passed, you had kids of your own/ And from the beginning, from the time she was born, you/ Placed your fingers in the palm of her soft, tiny hand and/ You took her hand.”

This is the stage when the daughter had his own baby and she did the same as her mother or as all other mothers out there do, she placed her fingers in the tiny, soft hands of her baby. It’s a magical and indescribable feeling. Only mothers can feel it and sense it in their heart. A circle of life is completed at this moment.

The author with the help of this book brings those memories to all those women and mothers who play different roles in their life. She dedicates this to her children. Time flies and we need to learn to appreciate little things of life. This is a must have children book. The author did commendable job with this. Also, all the graphics are beautiful.
