In the second installation of Angel and Savior Series, Briellyn Donado  along with her gang is searching for the remaining gems that they need to win against the evil. In order to find gem they have to prove to be both ruthless and forgiving. The opportunity will have to be just right before they find the gem.  Briellyn discovers that she's a part of a prophecy, the main reason why her life is filled with angels and demons. 
Book begins with Eric making a proposal that puts brie's heart and mind at war. She doesn't know what would be the best. 
Something which is common is that she still have nightmares about the figures shadow with curved horns with large eyes black and skin a pinkish- red. Briellyn literally conquered death quite sometime in this part which came as no surprise to be honest. When you're dealing with freaking demons and are expected to save the humanity then you must deal with death as well, along with all the creatures that are going to be a hurdle in the process for sure.
We come to know about another significant character that is, Eric's grandfather who is a very dominant Empyrean. We also come to know more about Eric's  aquatic powers and Brie's ability for sight. 

The genre of the second part is romance mostly. At the end of the book you will know more about the balance. How it was created, interrupted and can be stablized. I would recommend this book to all the hardcore fantasy romance lovers or anyone who enjoys reading a good angel-demon series with twisted mysteries to add more spice in the story.
